  • How are my glasses and frames adjusted to my face?

    Our staff at EyeMax EyeCare are skilled in adjusting and fitting glasses at our store. We have a large workshop with all the tools needed for every job.

     

    When trying on frames, don’t be turned away from it if it just doesn’t fit quite right. Our skilled customer care team can easily adjust the frames to your face. Because everyone’s facial features and face shapes differ, adjusting the frame’s arms and nose-pads can provide extra comfort and functionality, especially when you find the one-of-a-kind frame in store. 


    When picking up your new glasses, one of our staff members will adjust them if needed. Not everyone needs adjustments, and some may need slight adjustments once wearing them for a few days. 


  • Can I claim my glasses through my health fund?

    Yes, here at EyeMax Eyecare, we are registered with all major Australian health funds for optical rebates. You can claim lenses, frames, contact lenses and more, all processed via HICAPS in-store. Digital cards can also be used through your health fund's app on your mobile phone. 


    Not everyone will be getting the same amount to go towards their glasses. Every health fund and level of coverage differs from person to person. Our customer care team can put through health fund quotes in-store to find out how much you will get. Some are percentage-based, meaning the more you spend, the more you get back, and some have a standard amount overall.

Find Your Perfect Fit

When it comes time to get new frames, the frames should not only feel comfortable and fit well but should also compliment the shape of your face. Finding the correct frame shape, style and size to suit your face shape will create balance and unity.
